Make Payments

Please note that York County's credit card vendor - PayGov/PayTRUST Solutions, Inc. - will charge your credit card a convenience fee in addition to your payment amount of either $3.00 or 3% whichever is greater. For example on a $10 payment transaction the fee would be $3.00 for a total payment of $13.00 and on a $800 payment the fee would be $24.00 or 3%.

If you wish to use American Express, you MUST call 1-866-480-8552. Operators answer 24/7. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express via the Internet as our vendor - PayGov or PayTRUST SOLUTIONS, Inc. - is charged 3.5% for American Express transactions via the Internet. Since this percentage is not consistent with other types of credit cards American Express is not offered via the Internet. However our vendor does accept the American Express card by phone and charges the same 3% as the other cards. We apologize for any inconvenience.
